What Does this brain MRI Scan Result Mean?

I am a 79 year old female.I recently had a MRI of my brain. Results showed moderate brain parenchymal loss; white matter lesions consistent with mild chronic small vessel ischemes disease; Hippocampi are proportionate to the degree of parenchymal volume loss; micro hemorrhages are not present. What do these findings mean? And should I be concerned about what the results show?

1. Findings mentioned above are consistent with your age. Nothing much is to be done. Consult a neurologist if you feel so. Hope this helps. P.S. You didn't mention your complaints.
